Perform push-ups while on your knees, followed by a rowing motion.
Kneel on the ground with dumbbells placed beside you.
1. Begin in a kneeling push-up position.
2. After completing a push-up, lift a dumbbell with one hand to perform a row.
3. Repeat the row with the opposite arm.
Inhale as you perform the row and exhale as you return to the starting position.
Keep your wrists straight throughout the exercise.
