This exercise is excellent for shaping the side contours of your body. Ensure your waist remains straight to prevent any bending!
1. Stand with your feet at shoulder width and your knees slightly bent.
2. Grasp the cable handles with each hand, extending your arms out to your sides at the height of your shoulders.
1. With arms straight, gradually pull the handles to either side as much as you can.
2. Pause briefly, then slowly return to your initial position.
1. Breathe out while pulling the handles to the sides.
2. Inhale as you move back to the starting position.
1. Avoid arching your back or tilting your torso forward during this exercise.
2. Ensure your core is engaged and arms remain straight throughout the movement.
3. Do not allow your arms to rise above shoulder height.
