1. Leap into the air, crossing your arms in front of you.

2. Land softly on the balls of your feet with your feet at shoulder-width.

3. Quickly jump again, uncrossing your arms.

4. Land softly on the balls of your feet, maintaining shoulder-width distance between them.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe out during the upward jump when crossing your arms.

2. Breathe in when you land and uncross your arms.

1. Begin with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.
