Start Position

1. Ensure your back and neck remain aligned during the exercise.

2. Avoid rotating your arms past a comfortable range.

3. Rotate your arms at a calm pace.

4. Begin with light weights and gradually increase as your strength improves.

Proper Form

1. With your elbows bent, gently rotate your arms to the right as far as comfortably possible.

2. Maintain the position for a brief period.

3. Return smoothly to the initial position.

4. Perform the rotation movement towards the left.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe out while rotating your arms.

2. Breathe in as you revert to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Stand tall with feet aligned to shoulder width and arms beside your body.

2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand.

3. Keep your elbows at a 90-degree angle, with palms facing forward.
