Start Position

Sit on a chair and extend your arms backward.

Proper Form

1. Sit on a chair and extend your arms behind you.

2. Lift your arms to contract your shoulders.

3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you lift your arms and exhale as you return to the starting position.
