How to do standing chest fly

Coach's Tips

Perform the standing chest fly.

Start Position

Stand with dumbbells in hand and arms extended out.

Proper Form

1. Stand holding dumbbells with arms extended out.

2. Extend your arms to the sides to perform the chest fly.

3. Slowly return your arms to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you open your arms, exhale as you bring them together.

Precautions

Keep your upper body straight.
