How to do lying floor row with bent knee

Coach's Tips

Keep your knees bent and raise your upper body from the floor.

Start Position

Lie on the floor with knees bent and hands placed on the ground.

Proper Form

1. Lay down with knees bent and place hands on the ground.

2. Lift your upper body, drawing your hands towards your feet.

3. Slowly return to the initial position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale during the row and exhale while returning to the starting position.

Precautions

Maintain a straight back throughout the exercise.
