How to do leg pull

Coach's Tips

Lie on the floor and pull your legs for this exercise.

Start Position

Lie on your back on the floor with your legs straight and hold your ankles with both hands.

Proper Form

1. Lie flat on your back with legs extended, holding your ankles with both hands.

2. Pull your legs towards your body, lifting your hips off the floor.

3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you lift your legs and exhale as you return to the starting position.
