1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Position your hands in front of your chest, with palms facing each other.
1. Step back with your right foot, keeping your left foot stable.
2. Bend your right knee, lowering your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground.
3. As you lower, lift your hands above your head.
4. Push off with your right foot to return to the initial position.
5. Switch and repeat with your left foot.
1. Inhale as you lower your body.
2. Exhale as you push off to return to the original position.
1. Ensure your back remains straight and your core engaged throughout the movement.
2. Keep your knee from extending past your toes.
3. Avoid any sudden or jerky movements.
