How to do monster glute machine

Start Position

1. Take a seated position on the Monster Glute Machine and adjust the seat so it matches your height. Secure your feet on the foot plate and position the roller pads just above your knees.

2. Firmly grip the handles with both hands while keeping your back straight and your chest elevated.

Proper Form

1. Press your knees outward against the roller pads, engaging your glutes to extend your legs and lift your body off the seat.

2. Pause at the top of the movement for a few seconds before carefully returning to the start position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale deeply as you lower yourself back to the initial position.

2. Exhale while extending your legs and lifting your body off the seat.

Precautions

1. Maintain a straight back and keep your chest lifted throughout the exercise.

2. Avoid locking your knees during the movement.

3. Perform the exercise with slow, controlled motions.
