How to do plank jack with towel

Coach's Tips

Keeping your back straight and hips stable is essential.

Start Position

1. Maintain a neutral spine without arching your back or dropping your hips.

2. Ensure your feet stay secure on the towel.

3. Perform each repetition smoothly and deliberately.

Proper Form

1. Jump your feet wider than hip-width, keeping your core active and your back in a flat position.

2. Bring your feet back together to the starting stance.

3. Continue this movement for the set number of repetitions.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale deeply as you jump your feet outward.

2. Exhale as you return your feet to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Begin in a high plank position with your hands and feet shoulder-width apart, ensuring your core is engaged and a towel under your feet.

2. Keep your body aligned from head to heels throughout the exercise.
