3. Keep your neck neutral to prevent any strain.

Proper Form

1. Elevate your body from the ground while maintaining extended arms and a tight core.

2. As you lift, extend your legs forward, ensuring they remain straight.

3. Aim to raise your body to form an "L" shape.

4. Sustain this position briefly, then gradually return to the initial position.

Breathing Technique

1. While lifting, take a deep breath in, focusing on core engagement.

2. Exhale steadily as you hold the posture.

3. On lowering your body, take in a deep breath and concentrate on controlled movement.

Precautions

1. Start by lying on your back, arms extended overhead with palms facing away.

2. Engage your core, ensuring your body forms a straight line from head to toe.
