Proper Form

1. Initiate your exercise session with a warm-up lasting at least 5 minutes.

2. Position your feet on the pedals and start pedaling.

3. Gradually increase the resistance as you become more comfortable.

4. Maintain a consistent pace for your planned duration.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in deeply and slowly throughout your pedaling.

2. Exhale deeply and slowly as you continue pedaling.

Precautions

1. Set the seat height to allow your feet to comfortably reach the pedals while seated.

2. Adjust the handlebars so that your elbows have a slight bend when your hands are resting on them.
