Coach's Tips

Start Position

1. Ensure to maintain a straight back and engaged core throughout the movement.

2. Avoid overextending your arms or jumping excessively high to prevent injuries.

3. Use both your arms and core to catch the ball, not just your hands.

Proper Form

1. Propel the wall ball away from your chest with both hands, simultaneously jumping forward while extending your arms.

2. Upon return, catch the wall ball, using your arms and core to absorb the impact.

3. As you catch, squat down immediately and propel the ball back up to the initial position.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe out as you push the ball away from your chest, and breathe in when you catch it.

2. Exhale while driving the ball upwards and back to the start.

Precautions

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the wall ball in front of your chest with both hands.

2. Keep your elbows tucked in and your shoulder blades pressed together.

3. Maintain a straight back and engaged core.
