2. Always keep the safety key within easy reach.

3. Stay attuned to your body's signals and respond to them.

4. Begin your treadmill session with a warm-up and finish with a cool-down.

Proper Form

2. Stay close to the running surface; avoid lifting your feet excessively.

3. Maintain a smooth, comfortable running stride, utilizing your arms to propel forward.

4. Keep your head up and focus on looking ahead.

Breathing Technique

1. Develop a consistent and rhythmic breathing pattern.

2. Inhale deeply and ensure complete exhalation.

3. If you become breathless, consider slowing down or lessening the incline.

Precautions

1. Start by placing your feet on the treadmill's side rails.

2. Set the treadmill to your desired speed and incline.

3. Step onto the belt, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.
