2. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Precautions

1. Sit on the spinning bike and adjust the seat height so your knee has a slight bend with the pedal at its lowest point.

2. Adjust the handlebars to ensure you're in a comfortable position.

3. Verify the bike's stability before starting the exercise.
