2. Touch your elbows together while keeping your arms at shoulder level.
3. Extend your arms back out to the sides.
4. Repeat as necessary.
1. Inhale when bringing your elbows toward each other.
2. Exhale as you extend your arms back outward.
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Stretch your arms straight out from your sides, parallel to the floor.
3. Keep your shoulders relaxed and engage your core muscles.
