Coach's Tips

This exercise targets the rear shoulders and helps in aligning the shoulders, making it beneficial for individuals with slouched shoulders.

Start Position

1. Position yourself facing a cable machine with a rope attachment, standing with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Grip the rope attachment with both hands, arms straight out in front, and palms facing inward.

Proper Form

1. With elbows close to your body, draw the rope towards your face and tighten the shoulder blades.

2. Gradually return to the initial position.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe out as you pull and breathe in as you return to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Maintain a straight back and relaxed shoulders during the entire exercise.

2. Avoid pulling the rope attachment excessively back to prevent stress on your shoulders.
