This exercise targets your hips and the back portion of your thighs.
1. Take a seat on the Hip Extension Equipment and adjust the seat height so your feet rest flat on the foot platform.
2. Position your knees on the padded arm and customize the thigh pad to comfortably support your legs.
3. Hold onto the handles for balance and stability.
1. Extend your legs as much as possible, pushing the lever back until your legs are fully straightened.
2. Gradually return to the initial position.
1. Inhale as you stretch out your legs.
2. Exhale as you move back to the start position.
1. Avoid locking your knees when extending.
2. Ensure your feet remain firmly on the foot platform and keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
3. Refrain from overextending your legs.
