How to do standing straight arm chest fly

Coach's Tips

Stand with your arms fully extended to perform the chest fly.

Start Position

Stand upright, holding dumbbells with arms straight out.

Proper Form

1. Hold the dumbbells with your arms fully extended while standing.

2. Extend your arms outward to perform the chest fly.

3. Slowly return your arms to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you extend your arms outward, and exhale as you bring them back together.

Precautions

Keep your upper body straight.
