1. Refrain from excessive arching of the back.
2. Keep your feet aligned closely throughout the movement.
3. Avoid extending the spine excessively.
4. Let your arms remain relaxed and avoid locking your elbows.
1. Extend your right arm overhead reaching toward your left foot, stretching your spine and torso.
2. Simultaneously extend your left arm overhead reaching toward your right foot.
3. Stretch both arms as far as possible, holding briefly.
4. Return to the initial position and repeat on the other side.
1. Inhale as you reach upwards and outwards.
2. Exhale while reaching downward towards your feet.
1. Stand with feet together, arms at your sides, and maintain a slight bend in your knees.
2. Lift your arms upward and outward to the sides, keeping palms facing down and fingers spread.
3. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your abdominal muscles.
