How to do high knee lunge with bosu ball

Coach's Tips

Performing this exercise on a Bosu ball helps enhance knee stability!

Start Position

1. Place your feet hip-width apart as you stand on the Balance Trainer.

2. Activate your core and apply downward pressure with your feet onto the Balance Trainer.

Proper Form

1. Raise your right leg to hip height.

2. Step forward and perform a lunge on the Balance Trainer, aligning your right knee with your ankle.

3. Return to a standing position, lifting your right leg back to hip height, while your left leg steps forward.

4. Reverse the movement with your left leg.

Breathing Technique

1. Exhale during the forward step and lunge.

2. Inhale as you return to the standing position.

Precautions

1. Maintain core engagement throughout the entire exercise.

2. Ensure your knee remains above your ankle during the lunge.

3. Execute the movements with slow and controlled precision.
