Bring your elbows together in front and clap them.

Start Position

1. Do not lock your elbows when bringing them together.

2. Keep your back from arching excessively.

3. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop the movement and seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Proper Form

1. Merge your arms in front of your chest and clap your elbows.

2. Return to the initial stance.

3. Repeat for the desired repetitions.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in as you bring your arms together and clap your elbows.

2. Breathe out while returning to the starting position.

Precautions

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended to the sides.

2. Ensure your back is straight and your core is tight.
