Start Position

1. Position your feet shoulder-width apart, grasping a dumbbell with both hands.

2. Fully extend your arms, holding the dumbbell in front of you above shoulder height.

Proper Form

1. Initiate a slow, circular motion by rotating your arms around your body.

2. Maintain extended arms, keeping the dumbbell close to your body during the exercise.

3. Perform arm rotations in a clockwise direction for 8-10 times.

4. Switch to rotating your arms in a counter-clockwise direction for 8-10 repetitions.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe out while rotating your arms in a clockwise manner.

2. Breathe in as you move your arms in a counter-clockwise pattern.

Precautions

1. Ensure your arms remain extended and keep the dumbbell close to your body during the exercise.

2. Avoid excessive arm rotation and maintain a slow, controlled pace.

3. Keep your core engaged throughout the routine.
