Engage your back muscles using the hammer strength machine.

Start Position

1. Take a seat on the Hammer Strength Seated Row machine and adjust the seat height for comfort.

2. Position your feet on the footplate and set the arm pad length to a comfortable position.

3. Hold the handles, sitting slightly reclined with your arms extended.

Proper Form

1. Breathe in as you slowly draw the handles towards your torso, making sure your chest and shoulders move towards the handles.

2. Exhale while extending your arms to return to the start.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale when pulling the handles towards your chest.

2. Exhale as you extend your arms back to the starting point.

Precautions

1. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.

2. Perform the exercise at a controlled pace to avoid injury.

3. Begin with a lighter weight, gradually increasing as you build strength.
