2. Position your feet so your toes slightly point outward.
3. Adjust the thigh pad to rest comfortably against the back of your thighs.
4. Hold onto the sides of the machine for stability.
1. Press your toes into the platform, raising your heels.
2. Pause briefly, then lower your heels back to the initial position.
3. Repeat for your desired number of reps.
1. Breathe out as you press down with your toes and lift your heels.
2. Breathe in as you bring your heels down to the start position.
