2. Avoid overextending your arms.
3. Keep your lower back neutral, avoiding any arching.
4. Perform the movement slowly and with control.
1. With elbows bent, raise your arms out to the sides.
2. Circle your arms so that your hands meet in front of your chest.
3. Return your arms to the starting position.
4. Repeat as many times as needed.
1. Inhale while lifting your arms outward.
2. Exhale as you move your arms in a circular motion.
3. Inhale again as you bring your arms back to the starting point.
1. Sit on the floor with your legs crossed.
2. Position your hands on the ground behind you with fingers pointing away.
3. Raise your chest and gaze forward.
