Perform the rear delt raise while lying face down.
Extend your arms out to the sides while lying face down.
1. Begin in a face-down position with your arms extended to the sides.
2. Lift your arms upward to perform the rear delt raise.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Inhale as your arms move outward, and exhale as you bring them together.
Maintain straight legs throughout the exercise.
