How to do kneeling upper back rotation

Coach's Tips

Keep your knees bent and rotate your upper body.

Start Position

Begin on your knees with one hand placed behind your head.

Proper Form

1. Kneel down and place one hand behind your head.

2. Rotate your upper body, turning your elbow to the side.

3. Repeat on the opposite side.

Breathing Technique

Inhale deeply as you twist your upper body and exhale as you return to the starting position.
