How to do walking

Coach's Tips

Start by walking at a comfortable pace.

Start Position

1. Ensure you are wearing shoes that fit well and are comfortable for walking.

2. Begin at a slow pace, gradually increasing your speed.

3. Be mindful of your body's signals and stop if you feel any pain or discomfort.

Proper Form

1. Initiate your walk by stepping forward with your right foot while pushing off with your toes.

2. As your right foot touches down, move your left foot forward to join it.

3. Keep your arms bent and swing them naturally in rhythm with your steps.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

2. Concentrate on taking deep and slow breaths.

Precautions

1. Stand tall with your feet around shoulder-width apart.

2. Bend your arms at the elbows and keep your hands at about waist height.
