How to do front scoops (biceps)

Coach's Tips

Cup your palms upwards and scoop your arms forward.

Start Position

1. Ensure your back remains straight as you lower your torso.

2. Avoid lowering your torso excessively to prevent potential injuries.

3. Emphasize smooth, controlled movements without abrupt actions.

Proper Form

1. Push your elbows outward, hinge at the hips, and move your torso forward.

2. Lower your torso to its maximum, while keeping a proper posture.

3. Return your upper body to the initial position.

Breathing Technique

1. Inhale deeply as you lower your torso.

2. Exhale while bringing your torso back to the initial stance.

Precautions

1. Position your feet at shoulder-width.

2. Slightly bend your knees and maintain an upright posture with a straight back and elevated chest.

3. Place your hands behind your head with elbows extended outward.
