How to do standing row switching palms

Coach's Tips

Perform a standing row while alternating palm positions.

Start Position

Stand with your arms extended forward, palms facing up.

Proper Form

1. While standing, extend your arms forward with palms facing upwards.

2. Perform a rowing motion by pulling your arms towards you.

3. Alternate the position of your palms as you repeat the exercise.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you perform the rowing motion and exhale as you return to the starting position.

Precautions

Ensure your elbows remain stationary.
