Coach's Tips

Lie down and extend your arms to lift your upper body.

Start Position

Lie face down on the floor with your hands placed beside your chest.

Proper Form

1. Position yourself face down with your hands next to your chest.

2. Straighten your arms to elevate your upper body.

3. Gradually return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you raise your arms and exhale as you return to the starting position.

Precautions

Keep your wrists straight.
