1. Position yourself beneath the pull-up station's bar.
2. Hold the bar with an overhand grip that is slightly wider than your shoulders.
3. Insert one foot into the stirrup of the assisted pull-up equipment.
1. With your arms extended, press down on the stirrup to elevate yourself until your chin is above the bar.
2. Gradually lower yourself to return to the initial position.
1. Breathe out as you pull yourself upward.
2. Breathe in as you descend back down.
1. Ensure your back remains straight during the entire exercise.
2. Avoid swinging your body to create momentum.
3. Refrain from locking your elbows when descending back to the starting point.
