Start Position

1. Ensure your back remains straight and your chest stays elevated during the exercise.

2. As you lower your body, avoid letting your right knee extend beyond your toes.

3. Keep your back from arching when returning to the starting stance.

Proper Form

1. Lower your body by bending both knees, keeping your back straight and chest elevated.

2. Slide your right foot backward and sideways while your left knee approaches the floor.

3. Maintain your weight on your right heel and align your left knee over your ankle.

4. Propel yourself back to the start position using your right foot.

5. Perform the same steps for the opposite side.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in as you lower your body towards the ground.

2. Breathe out when pushing off your right foot to return to the start position.

Precautions

1. Begin with your feet at hip-width distance.

2. Place a towel on the floor in front of you, oriented lengthwise.

3. Position your right foot on the towel, slightly behind your left foot.
