2. Avoid abrupt movements and maintain smooth and controlled motions.
1. Move your right elbow towards your left knee.
2. Return to the start and switch to the opposite side.
3. Continue alternating between sides as you complete your set.
1. Breathe in while bringing your elbow toward your knee.
2. Breathe out when returning to the starting position.
1. Stand with feet aligned with hips, hands placed on your hips.
2. Engage the core muscles and raise your rib cage.
