Coach's Tips

Start Position

1. Keep your back straight all through the exercise.

2. Avoid leaning your body too far forward.

3. As you return to the starting pose, do not arch your back.

Proper Form

1. Engage your core and curl your torso forward towards your knees.

2. Hold the position briefly at the lowest point.

3. Gradually return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

1. Breathe in as you move your body towards your knees.

2. Breathe out as you return to the starting pose.

Precautions

1. Start by sitting on the exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor.

2. Position your hands behind your head with your elbows pointed outward.

3. Keep your back straight and your chin lifted.
