Perform a prayer push with crossed arms.

Start Position

Stand with your arms crossed in front of your chest and hands in a prayer position.

Proper Form

1. Cross your arms in front of your chest and bring your hands together in a prayer position.

2. Push your arms outward to execute the push.

3. Slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing Technique

Inhale as you raise your arms, and exhale as you lower them.

Precautions

Keep your upper body straight.
