1. Start in a push-up stance with feet placed shoulder-width apart, gripping a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Keep your arms straight and the dumbbells should be positioned directly under your shoulders.
1. With your core tightened, draw one dumbbell up towards your chest, bending your elbow while retracting your shoulder blade.
2. Return the dumbbell to its initial position and replicate this movement with your opposite arm.
3. Keep switching arms for the required number of reps.
1. Breathe in as you lower the dumbbell back to its starting point.
2. Breathe out while pulling the dumbbell upwards towards your chest.
